MTN To COMPENSATE SUBSCRIBERS FOR POOR SERVICE, PLANS NETWORK UPGRADE

MTN Nigeria don agree to compensate subscribers for poor service and plan network upgrade, following directive from Nigerian Communications Commission.

The order come after NCC discover say telecom operators fail to meet quality-of-service standards between November, December and January.
Subscribers to receive compensation
MTN confirm say all customers wey experience service issues for affected areas go receive compensation based on NCC guidelines.

The company say the move show say regulator dey put customers first for decision-making.

Focus on better network quality
Even as MTN prepare to compensate users, the company stress say the main goal na to improve network service and reduce disruptions.

MTN promise to increase investment in infrastructure, including:
Upgrade of network equipment
Stronger systems to prevent outages
Better collaboration with tower companies
Rising demand for data
The telecom giant also note say increasing demand for voice and data services require continuous expansion and improvement of network capacity.
Industry challenges
