MICROPHONE REPORTEDLY SNATCHED FROM DAVE UMAHI DURING APC CAMPAIGN RALLY

There was mild drama at the All Progressives Congress, APC, campaign rally in Kaduna State on Saturday as the microphone was taken away from the Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, while he was addressing President Bola Tinubu and other party leaders.

A video making rounds online showed the minister addressing the gathering: “With all humility, our dear President, our dear President and father, I request that you come over here to officially commission this very important route.”

However, before Umahi could finish his remarks, the microphone was taken away from him, cutting short his speech.

The rally was attended by President Bola Tinubu, the First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima and his wife, as well as other party leaders.
