RIVERS ASSEMBLY MEMBERS ADAMANT, WANT FUBARA, ODU’S IMPEACHMENT TO PROCEED

Rivers Assembly lawmakers hold briefing, accuse Governor Sim Fubara and Deputy Governor Odu of been autocrats, boastful and willing to kill democracy.
They accused the Governor of paying people to withdraw the impeachment process.

They urge Speaker Martin Amaewhule to call for a sitting for the impeachment process to continue.

Some of the lawmakers who spoke are:-

Hon. Linda Stewart: Representing Okrika.
Tekena Wellington: Asari-Toru 1.
Looloo Opuende: Akuku-Toru 2.
Major Jack – Majority leader (Akuku-Toru 1)
John Dominic Iderima- Abua/Odual

Majority are of the Ijaw Extraction
