The ’20 Point- Agreement’ Reached Between Father And Son:

  1. Governor Fubara will not nominate any Local Government Chairman.
  2. He must sack his Chief of Staff and Secretary of State Government.
  3. He is barred from running for a second term.
  4. He must not travel outside Rivers State.
  5. He must not defect to another political party.
  6. He will not nominate Commissioners.
  7. He must reinstate Chief Sergeant Awuse as Chairman Rivers Traditional Rulers Council.
  8. He is restricted to no more than five Advisers.
  9. He must support all members of the Rivers State House of Assembly for their 2nd and 3rd terms.
  10. He must stay away from the Governors’ Forum.
  11. He must not participate in the PDP Governors’ Forum.
  12. No visitor to Government House unless approved by Leader.
  13. Must not be seen in Abuja unless the Leader invites him.
  14. Relatives must not be seen around the Government House.
  15. Security Votes must be shared amongst stakeholders on percentages.
  16. Rivers Elders Council shall have equal pay with Rivers Traditional Rulers Council.
  17. The Governor would personally announce and introduce his successor chosen by Leader to Rivers’ people ahead of 2027.
  18. All previous revenue arrangements shall remain the way it was handed down.
  19. No reshufflement of Cabinet except the Leader approves.
  20. Any breach of these shall cost impeachment.
