Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State has made a mixture of old and new breed in his new appointments for Commissioners, Board Chairmen, Executive secretaries and senior officials into various positions in the Enugu state government.
In the list released, on Wednesday, by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, old time commissioner since 1999, Dr. C.O.C Egumgbe; 1999-2023 class of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Nwabuwze Ugwu; and former principal officer in the Chimaroke Nnamani administration, Mrs. Sylvia Onwubuemeli, among others made the list for new appointments.
Other interesting names in the list are, the former House of Representatives member, Prince USA Igwesi; former commissioner in Chimaroke Nnamani administration, Dr. Eric Oluedo; former commissioner for sports, Manfred Nwekwe and the premier Chairman of Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority, Dr. John Egbo.
