Therefore, no court has the moral or legal right to try him. Any attempt to do so amounts to judicial terrorism.
Justice Enock Chacha Mwita, of the High Court of Kenya, has sent a formal letter to Justice James Omotosho of the Federal High Court, Abuja, declaring:
“Until Nigeria returns Nnamdi Kanu to Kenya, the Nigerian judiciary is making a mockery of justice before the world.
“His abduction remains an international violation, and any proceedings against him are unlawful.”
