The African Democratic Congress, ADC, has said it is not aware of anyone being in court against it over the leadership tussle.

The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, stated this on Wednesday while responding to questions in an interview on Politics Today, a programme on Channels Television.

“We are not aware that anybody is in court against ADC. What we have is the completion of the administrative process of changing the leadership of the ADC.

“What we have found is that people hold press conferences and make claims as well as threats.

“But in the end, they know they can’t follow the hollowness of their standing,” he said.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Wednesday recognised the leadership of the ADC, with former Senate President David Mark as its National Chairman and former Minister of Interior Rauf Aregbesola as the National Secretary
