REACTIONS AS NATASHA AKPOTI SERVES OUT SIX MONTHS SUSPENSION

There have been several reactions from social media users after it was announced that the senator representing Kogi Central at the National Assembly, Senator Natasha Akpoti has completed her six months suspension.

This announcement was contained in a post that ARISE NEWS shared on its official X handle on Saturday, September 6, 2025.

It would be recalled that the Kogi lawmaker was suspended after she was accused of violating Senator rules during a sitting at the National Assembly.

Moreso, it is also important to note that after her suspension, she accused the former governor of Akwa Ibom state and current Senate President, Godswill Akpabio of harassing her.

According to report, the Kogi lawmaker has now served out the suspension which began on March 6, 2025.

However, after the post surfaced online, there were several reactions from social media users.
