LAGOS-PORT HARCOURT BOUND AIR PEACE FLIGHT OVERSHOOTS RUN WAY

An Air Peace flight from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos to Port Harcourt with over 120 passengers has overshot the runway at the domestic wing of the Port Harcourt International Airport.

A viral video, posted on social media by one of the passengers, showed the state of the aircraft and travelers being evacuated by the rescue operation team at the Airport.

As at the time of filing this report, the Management of Air Peace Airline is yet to issue a statement regarding the incident.

AIT reached out to the Management on the matter but no response from the media team for now.
