‘I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH HIM’ – ATIKU SPEAKS ON TINUBU’S GREAT FALL ON DEMOCRACY DAY

Former Vice President and 2023 presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has sympathised with President Bola Tinubu following his fall at the Eagles Square on Democracy Day.

In a message posted on his official X social media handle, Atiku expressed his concern for the President’s well-being.

He wrote, “I sincerely sympathise with President Bola Tinubu, @officialABAT, over this unfortunate incident as he was set to review the parade on Democracy Day. I do hope that all is well with him.”

The reaction comes after Atiku’s Special Advisor on Broadcast Media, Abdul Rasheeth, interpreted the incident as a sign of divine displeasure, saying, “It’s a sign that God is angry with him.”

The incident occurred when President Tinubu slipped while boarding the parade vehicle at the Eagles Square, the venue of the 2024 Democracy Day celebration. His security details and aides quickly rushed to his aid, assisting him in regaining his balance.Immediately following the incident, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, downplayed concerns, insisting that there are no issues with the President’s health.
