UNDER TINUBU, CERTIFICATE FRAUD IS NOT A CRIME BECAUSE THE MAN HIMSELF USED FORGED CERTIFICATES TO CONTEST — PAUL OGIGI

Former chairmanship candidate in the 2026 Abuja Municipal Area Council election, Dr. Moses Paul Ogigi has accused Bola Tinubu of creating a culture of impunity, claiming that certificate fraud is effectively ignored under his administration because he is a beneficiary of the menace.

Speaking during the Save Democracy protest in Abuja, the ADC stalwart condemned wat he tagged culture of impunity under Bola Tinubu.

“I’m running for an election where the person the election was rigged for doesn’t even have a certificate—not even a primary school certificate. Yet, under Bola tinubu’s administration, the electoral law says certificate forgery is not a crime.

‘’It’s not a crime. So, according to this law, anyone can go and forge certificates—it’s not a barrier to contesting an election. This is the danger we’ve entered.

‘’Moreover, this regime seems determined to decimate everything related to the opposition. That is unacceptable, and we will ensure it does not happen.

‘’This is why we are here. That’s why we are still standing. Fellow Nigerians, we are still here. We have come to have an honest, serious conversation. I hope it achieves that.”
