PDP’S SUSPENSION OF ANYANWU, OTHER NATIONAL OFFICERS IN ORDER – APPEAL COURT

The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja also affirmed the PDP NWC’s powers to discipline its members and/or senior National Officers.

Recall, the Peoples Democratic Party suspended some NWC members under the Damagum-led leadership.

Erstwhile National Secretary, Sen. Samuel Anyanwu, National organizing Secretary, Hon. Umar Bature, National Legal Adviser, Kamaldeen Ajibade, SAN, Deputy National Legal Adviser, Barr. Okechukwu Osuoha, Suspended for one month and referred to the National Disciplinary Committee.
