FUBARA IS THE POLITICAL LEADER OF RIVERS, WE’RE WITH HIM – PETER ODILI

Former Governor of Rivers State, Dr Peter Odili, has assured Governor Siminalayi Fubara of his support amid the political crisis rocking the state.

At an event in Port Harcourt on Tuesday, Odili assured the governor that the people of the state are firmly with him, urging him to stand strong.

He said, “Your people are with you, and they have asked me to tell you that you are the political leader of Rivers State.

“Rivers people said that wherever you go, we will go with you. Wherever you stand, we will stand with you. You are standing on firm ground. Stand there and hold on to God.”

Odili’s remarks followed the renewed face-off between Fubara and the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike
